Integrations with Salesforce are complete and Readies for The Much Anticipated Interactive Video Integration With Microsoft Outlook!
Application Programming Interfacing "API", has evolved.
. . . . . . .
Collecting the right data, then analyzing it correctly can reap huge rewards and that's one area where Verb's interactive video shines. But collecting needed data from different market sectors, all with different sets of data, and then returning that data back in a form that helps you make better decisions requires careful planning and execution. Existing platforms did not support the next level of data collection, until now. more
. . . Data Collection & Management
Verb addresses several major markets, utilizing both CRM & ERP platforms to provide cloud based business applications as well as Social platforms like Twitter & Facebook. Integrating Verb's software products with an API rich integration to match it's data collection ability is vital, as is integrations into giant "intelligent" cloud platforms that provide analytical services, such as "healthcare" to provide services to hundreds of countries around the globe.
Verb engages Gartner for the best integration strategy.
Since May 2018, Verb has completed major updates to it's software and began integrations into the worlds largest CRM & ERP platforms to provide business software globally. All of these initiatives relate to the chart below from Gartner, which leaves Verb way ahead of the curve "literally" for this disrupting tech.
The Gartner Hype Cycle for CRM Sales, 2018, shows two main areas on the verge of mainstream adoption, suggesting a near-term need for investment in those sales innovations — predictive and prescriptive technology and application programming interface (API).
Predictive and prescriptive technology
These types of technologies, including capabilities such as machine learning, will provide intelligence, predictions and prescriptions of next best actions for your sales force to increase efficiency and drive better results. “Gartner sees a large number of vendors deepening their process automation with machine learning technology,”
API integration
API integration, or the tools used to manage software integration, is a second area of investment. Synergistic coordination allows for sales organization to have a bigger picture of the buyer and the sales process. Sales reps who are better able to understand their buyers will have an easier time selling, which will increase sales efficacy and give customers a better experience.
These technologies can help sales reps with routine data entry, take a training course from a mobile device during a commute or get translation of a recorded phone call. Cost, price and quote (CPQ) software and sales performance management (SPM) solutions are being more tightly integrated through published APIs for sales compensation estimation.
Now look at the first 6 items in the hype cycle, they are not estimated to peek for another 5 to 10 years. How well do you think Verb is positioned?

Media Platforms
Many people like to post and watch videos on Youtube, but for marketers, Youtube is only one of many platforms you can choose from to target your audience. Verb's new technology requires many connections (API's) for it's analytics and interactivity to work properly. This requires integration into platforms such as Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Youtube and others. Integrations have been completed for Twitter with others to follow. Integrations into Microsoft's Outlook is under way for seemless email campaigns.
Integrations With Large Cloud Providers
CRM & ERP Services:
Large ERP platforms like SAP has focused more on business apps like Financial, Inventory, Education and Healthcare rather than Marketing apps, while Salesforce has been focusing on Marketing "CRM" apps. Never-the-less CRM & ERP markets seem to be merging and harder to define. The “interactive video technology” used to make taggCRM work so well for Marketing also applies to many ERP applications as well. Big business and institutions will need verb's E-learning and Healthcare features.
Last year SAP led the pack with nearly 7% market share and $5.6 billion in ERP product revenues, riding on a 4% jump in license, maintenance and subscription revenues.
In 2019, the top 10 Cloud CRM software vendors accounted for nearly 71.5% of the global Cloud CRM applications market which grew 17.5% to approach nearly $25.5 billion in subscription revenues.

VerbCRM has a Brand New Application for Enterprise Clients, now with a Full Suite
of Industry Solutions, Universally Integrated into 17 Direct Sales Back-Office Providers
- Odoo – Odoo has a user base of 3.9 million and recently opened offices in Dubai. I estimate Odoo to have roughly 4% market share based on the number of users. Once the on-going integrations below are completed and added to the rest of nFusz's current partners, Oracle, Odoo, Marketo etc, the result will be many millions of potential users and access to roughly 75% of a growing world market.
