SHRG’s Elepreneurs LLC subsidiary, along with its independent sales contractors, now use the interactive, video-based VERB sales-marketing app platform developed by Verb Technology Company Inc. Initially used by Elepreneurs in the United States, VERB will soon be unveiled in Canada (http://nnw.fm/cB01C). These selling strategies have resulted in SHRG’s sharp revenue gains. In Q1 2019, the three months ending July 31, SHRG achieved revenues of $35.4 million, more than double that of the comparable period in 2018 (http://nnw.fm/6wTn8). SHRG reported to the SEC record sales of $85.9 million for fiscal year ended April 30, 2019 (http://nnw.fm/H3rwX). This represents a nine-fold increase, or $77.5 million jump, over the company’s revenues of $8.4 million the prior year. www.networknewswire.com/sharing-services-global-corporation-shrg-staying-afloat-in-evolving-direct-selling-market-due-to-its-blue-ocean-strategy-verb-platform/

Now this is interesting! Verb & Salesforce just happen to be working on a joint application for Education. "Big Smile"
It ain't Rocket science, . . . $Verb is going up . . . . . WAY UP!
People doubted Verb's very first analyst report by AGP at $3.50, but they didn't say a word when Litchfield came out with an even higher price target of $5.35 months later.
It'a very apparent that $VERB is grossly undervalued,
But this Rocket knows...
Digital Revenue increased 40% in Q-1 over the previous quarter.
Digital Revenue grew another 37% to $1.5 million in Q-2 over the previous quarter.
Verb signed 14 new enterprise clients in Q3, a 250% increase from the previous quarter, but revenues were flat because it takes approximately 79 days on average to begin recognizing recurring revenue from these types of contracts.
Sampling revs will start kicking in on the next financial report, while new enterprise client contracts are building at slightly over one client every week.
Rory said they didn't get the integrations right with Oracle/Netsuite on the first try, but we are going to correct them, and make a bunch of improvements, like analytics, and create a video template ecosystem, but in the meantime, we've come across one hell of an opportunity we are jumping all over! He said something about "transformational"...
We are acquiring AND merging with Sound Concepts. . . Check!
We are up-listing to NASDAQ. . . Check!
We will merge the platforms and kill the Direct Selling industry. . . Check!

They developed and are deploying the "Sampling" feature to drive more sales and revenue.
They just deployed a "free" version of the Isagenix app to introduce and entice more Influencers into the program.
They are deploying Verb LIVE, "a favorite tool" of the Direct Marketing industry.
Verb is still adding more clients with thousands of distributors every week on top of the progress made with these additional revenue drivers introduced each time an event takes place.
Those early days when Verb was trying to land their first major contract seem kinda silly now huh?
Welcome to 2020. Now it begins. The foundation is laid, the table is set, and our players have taken the field. This decade belongs to VERB. What we will accomplish together will be epic.
